Alpha Chapter Board of Directors

Alpha Chapter is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 12 elected members plus the immediate past President, who serves as Advisor with voting privileges. Observing an automatic succession guideline, the elected Vice President shall commit to a term of three years: the first year as Vice President, the second year as President, the third year as Advisor with voting privileges. Each other elected member shall commit to a term of two years. These board terms may be renewable, but a board member shall serve no more than three consecutive terms. A minimum of three new board members shall be elected to serve each year. The President of Charities, Inc. serves as an ex-offico member.
